Voluntary polls and your dialogue

Participation requires sign-in and your explicit consent (version vote-v1). The information stored includes your account identifier, chosen display name, role, account status, time of consent, and votes and questions you submit. Political opinions may be particularly sensitive personal data. These polls are not identity verification, an official election or a representative survey.

Your questions and the team’s replies are visible only to you, the administrators and the assigned role Stefan. The team dashboard does not show individual votes. Response totals appear only after five votes; public results appear continuously or after the poll closes, depending on the setting. Technical database access is restricted to the operator and authorized support staff.

Votes and questions are deleted the next time the module is accessed once their last change is older than the configured period. Default: 90 days; administrators can set between 30 and 365 days. Your participation profile remains until it is deleted. You can withdraw your vote, change your display name, export your data or delete your participation account. Aggregated results are recalculated when this happens. Operational logs and protected backups have separate retention periods that still need confirmation.

Sign-in uses an account of this website. Deleting your participation account also deletes your sign-in account, open sessions and recovery codes; the operator sign-in remains available for administration.

The module does not use geolocation, political user profiles, advertising rewards or automatic publication of your questions. Optional third-party scripts are not loaded while you are signed in, in your personal area or in the dialogue team area. Please do not enter medical records or health data in questions. The responsible party, recipients, processing locations, international transfers and specific backup retention periods must be reviewed and entered before activation.

Voluntary supporter profiles and donations

Your community profile is private initially. We store the account identifier, profile name, text, optional location and website, language, dated consent, account status and revision. Public endorsement requires separate consent and review. Private profiles without an approved public entry are deleted after the retention period below, measured from the last profile change. Export and deletion are available in your profile. An explicitly started editorial session uses an essential HttpOnly cookie for at most one hour. Entering the community ends that editorial session.

A supporter profile may reveal political views. It is voluntary and requires your explicit consent. The information stored includes account ID, display name, your text, optional location and website, language, consent and its date, review status and revision. Only after review will the display name, text, optional details and public profile address be visible.

Search engines and AI services may find approved profiles. In your account area, you can export your profile or delete it immediately and withdraw publication consent. Copies already made by third parties cannot automatically be removed this way. Profiles that are not approved are deleted after the specified retention period. Approved profiles remain stored until consent is withdrawn.

Donations are voluntary. Payment data is processed by the provider named on the donations page or by your bank. The website does not store credit card data or automatically publish donor names. The recipient, purpose, provider and its privacy information must be confirmed before accepting payments.

Editorial access is separate from community and dialogue roles. Personal invitations are valid for 72 hours, can be used once and are stored as a hash. Active accounts, roles, blocked status and change records are used to manage access. Security logs are subject to the retention period stated on this page.

Retention of unapproved profiles: 90 days.
